Review of breast fat grafting Having small breasts was a real complex of mine, so I spent years just wondering whether or not to get breast surgery, and recently I changed jobs and had some time, so I decided to have surgery with Dr. Kim Jae-in! I know that if you think about size, implants are the way to go, but personally I felt reluctant about putting implants in my body, so I looked into fat grafting. When I looked into it, that clinic was famous for breast fat grafting! I was worried because I’m short and thin, but they said it was worth trying, so I trusted them and went ahead! They said that after surgery, the thighs (the liposuction areas) would hurt more than the breasts, but I was fine, so I thought, “This is doable?” and then I was in for it. From the next day, because of muscle soreness + bruise pain, it was uncomfortable when sitting down and standing up, and it hurt when sitting on the toilet Still, it was to the extent that I could take public transportation back and forth to the hospital! Please keep in mind that the photos are only at week 1, so there is still swelling!! My flat chest now has curves! Looking at other people’s reviews, they say it gets smaller as the swelling goes down around weeks 2-3, so I hope I can maintain as much as possible I definitely did it thinking I just wanted to get even a little bigger, but after doing it, I’m also getting tempted to do a second round haha I got a lot of help from reading other people’s reviews too, so I hope this helps
