I lost 38 kg and got breast surgery

After losing 38 kg through dieting, I finally got the breast surgery I had dreamed of. ( I’m 169 cm tall and weigh 51 kg!! ) I had consultations at several places, and there was even a place where I had paid a deposit, but at the last place I consulted with, everything moved forward very quickly. I had surgery almost just a week after the consultation haha From the reviews, people said the director was blunt, but I didn’t feel that way at all. If anything, I trusted him because he didn’t exaggerate or give me unrealistic expectations. For the surgery, I got Mentor Xtra implants, 375 cc on both sides. And the breast pocket was 12~!! Since I was traveling alone from outside the capital area for the surgery, I was very worried, but thanks to the experienced hospital staff, everything proceeded quickly, and right after surgery I took the KTX home haha I had an inframammary incision, so I didn’t have much pain or discomfort!!! (It felt like surgery just suited my body, so I overdid it a bit and moved around too much early on, rode an indoor bike, and took long walks. Then my left breast started hurting, so I called the hospital and made a fuss, and that’s my only embarrassing dark history. The manager practically cried out, “Please stop exercising and rest! Please just stay still!” lol) I rested for one day and went back to daily life from the next day. I work playing piano, and I was able to do it without much problem. I had a performance one week after surgery, and after just one week the dress fit looked so pretty, so my satisfaction was the highest.❤ On day 9, I went on a 3-day, 2-night trip. I didn’t drink alcohol, but I stayed up late chatting and hanging out. haha I’m 45 years old, and my breasts turned out so pretty that when I went to get my stitches removed at one week, I gave the doctor a deep bow lol I made a bit of a fuss saying my left breast hurt, but honestly, if it didn’t even hurt this much, it wouldn’t have been surgery haha I took antibiotics for a week and have been taking the capsular contracture prevention medication diligently. I don’t have side effects, so I’m continuing to take it. My breasts were uneven, and the right side was a bit more stretched, so relatively speaking, the left side felt very tight. Also, I remember the capsular contracture prevention medicine was expensive haha so what is this stubbornness that makes me finish it all just because it would be a waste haha I had sensation from the beginning, and the shape is still settling. I had surgery on March 20, and now that a little over a month has passed, I’ve started wearing the Venus V-Fit!! ❤I was originally a 75A, and now I come out as an E cup❤ When I go for my follow-up next month, I’m planning to ask the hospital all sorts of things again. Only my breasts are twenty years old, so these days I’m happy but also at a loss haha I feel like I should’ve done it sooner. lolololololololololol
