My under-eye area is really so dull, and no matter what concealer I use or how much foundation I apply, it still looks so dull, and my dark circles are really severe, so I’m thinking of getting a procedure or surgery. But I don’t know what I should get.. Personally, I don’t feel like the fat is protruding a lot like in older people, or that the fat underneath has sunken in, but after looking at various reviews, it seemed like even people whose under-eye area protruded much less than mine got under-eye fat repositioning? It makes me wonder if it’s somehow hollow, so I’ve also thought about getting filler... I also have really severe horizontal wrinkles under my eyes, so I don’t know what I should do
haruholic It seems like a lot of people get under-eye fat repositioning. But apparently some places remove fat while doing it, so you have to filter them carefully. It seems like you really need to go somewhere that definitely does repositioning. When it turns out well, satisfaction seems high. Mine is similar, but I’m just covering it with makeup

aldoenl I think you should first get diagnosed to see whether you have midface depression.. If it’s midface depression, even if you get under-eye fat repositioning, it can be hard to get the look you want. Even if it isn’t midface depression, your degree of eye protrusion looks fairly significant, and it could be a problem caused by this kind of structure
