I originally had surgery with autologous costal cartilage + silicone, but cartilage show-through developed at the nasal tip and the shape was also pointy, so I left the columella as it was and only replaced the nasal tip with ear cartilage.. Could there be absorption or nasal tip drooping...?ㅜ I used autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery because of durability, but having revision surgery before even 1 year has passed ㅜㅜㅜ

익명 Usually people put ear cartilage on the nasal tip over costal cartilage (autologous or donated) a lot!! It can look pointy too
