They said they have performed breast surgery for over 20 years only. They said the surgery is done endoscopically to minimize fascial damage and create the implant pocket, so swelling and pain should be less, and there would be no need to wear a blood drainage bag. They only operate through an axillary incision, following the wrinkle line in the armpit with a minimal incision, and told me not to worry because scars would be managed in collaboration with dermatology. I definitely think experience can't be ignored. They seemed very confident about the surgery.
