Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

I went for consultations for my first double-eyelid surgery

I went to three places: ㅇㄹㅇ, ㅇㄹ, and ㅈㅇㅈㅇ. There is one I'm drawn to, but I'm still deciding among the three, so I'm going to go for more consultations at ㅋㅅㅌ and ㅋㄹㅁ early next month, then decide! 1. ㅇㄹ (ㅗㄹㅗ) Incisional in-out double eyelid + medial epicanthoplasty The director tried making the line several times, and when I saw the line I wanted + the line they recommended, they said an in-out line that rises toward the outer end was the prettiest. But to make the line this high, they recommended incision so that when seen from the side, the fat on the upper eyelid area would not look like it was protruding. They also said that with the condition of the skin around my eyes, if I did a non-incisional method, it would come undone quickly....... But they said that my opening my eyes with eyebrow strength would improve sufficiently once I got double-eyelid surgery. If I asked one thing, they explained it very thoroughly. Seems good to go to for a first consultation. The consultant didn't pressure me and told me to look around enough before deciding. They talked about aftercare and AS; I heard AS is 3 years. The line felt exactly natural~naturally glamorous, yep. 2. ㅈㅇㅈㅇ (ㅏㅕㄴㅜㅢ) Incisional inline double eyelid + fat removal (high chance of adding it) + medial epicanthoplasty Since this would be my first surgery, I thought natural adhesion or buried-suture might be possible here too, but because I used double-eyelid tape in high school, my eyelids are stretched, and they said I have a lot of fat too, so they recommended incision. They said full incision. They said if it isn't incision, fixation probably won't hold well, so I was devastatedㅜㅜ Still, I had heard about incision from other hospitals too, so I understood, but they generally made the line too thin? for me, so their aesthetic sense didn't match mine. The consultant session was short, and they didn't really explain anything at length. Well, the director is the one who does the surgery, so that was okay, but the pressure to pay a deposit was intense, so refusing was exhaustingㅜㅜ They didn't properly explain the AS part, and seeing other consultation reviews, it seems like there isn't much.. It was a hospital that had been pretty high on my priority list, but I think I'll exclude it. 3. ㅇㄹㅇ (ㅖㄹㅗㅜ) Incisional in-out double eyelid + medial epicanthoplasty + upper epicanthoplasty Hmm.. They did make it as an in-out line here, but to me it looked strongly like a slight semi-out line. They also showed me a line with medial epicanthoplasty opened, and maybe because they opened that quite a lotㅜㅜ They recommended definitely doing medial epicanthoplasty together when doing double-eyelid surgery, though they weren't sure about upper epicanthoplasty. The director said it would really be pretty enough if I did it this way. They said I don't need ptosis correction, and since fixation will be done by incision, I don't need more or less than exactly what they recommended. I think it would fit everyone who likes a somewhat glamorous look. At first, when the director made the line for me, I thought “Oh?” and was tempted, but double-eyelid surgery isn't something you do once, keep for 1-2 years, and then remove; if you're lucky, you keep it for decades, so I'm not sure whether semi-out would be okayㅜㅜ The consultant also explained the surgical method very well. But there was some pressure to book. I heard AS is 1 year, but they added that it differs depending on what surgery is done and how. As I said at the beginning, I'm going to more consultations, so nothing is confirmed yet, and I plan to think it over while going around for more consultations~ Even if it's not here, please recommend any place that does natural-looking results well.
