Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I had revision eye surgery, but has anyone had their existing line adhesion not fully released...

I had my first double eyelid surgery with a 3-point partial incision, and 10 years passed~~ Recently I wanted to raise the line, so I had revision surgery with natural adhesion.. It’s been 3 weeks since I redid it, you know..? But the adhesion at the very outer end of my left eye wasn’t fully released, so only at the end of the eye, the line looks double.. ㅠㅠㅠ I’m looking into a third surgery at another hospital... Should I ask the clinic where I recently had surgery to release the adhesion that wasn’t fully released? Or should I wait 6 months, have a third surgery at a new hospital, remove all the adhesions, and lower the line? The reason is, if I do a third surgery to lower the line, I think it might overlap with that existing unreleased adhesion line, so the line might not come out pretty. Would it be better to wait 6 months and, at a new hospital, release the old adhesion that wasn’t fully released, undo all the current natural adhesion, and redo the double eyelid surgery? Or, before the tissue stabilizes, should I have only the incompletely released adhesion released at the clinic where I recently had surgery, and then after the eye has fully healed, get revision surgery at another hospital 6 months later to lower the line..? Please help me............ ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
