Dr. Oh Seung-il is well known for implant-free rhinoplasty, so I had it done at the clinic Since it was one-day implant-free rhinoplasty, I didn’t even have a splint after surgery, and I had nasal packing for one day and then removed it I also had spreading of the nasal tip and pinching of the nostril wings, but those are almost gone, so the shape of my nose changed! Honestly, I also wanted nostril reduction, but the doctor said the effect would be minimal, so I didn’t do it I liked that Dr. Oh Seung-il explained things realistically It’s implant-free, but it came out cleanly as a straight-to-slightly-curved line, so I’m genuinely happy.. For the nasal tip materials, donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. I went into the surgery knowing that it would be difficult because my nose was small and short, and I’m pretty satisfied!!
