Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My review after 5 years of permanent filler rhinoplasty.

I had a permanent filler called Artefill injected into my nose in the U.S. They said it lasts more than 10 years. The price was eye-wateringly expensive compared with regular filler, but I trusted them because they said that in the U.S. they definitely use genuine products and don't use other brands.

On the first day, it was high enough that you could tell at a glance that I had had nose surgery. Then after the bruising and swelling all went away, it became naturally higher, but the problem was that it looked a bit bulky, as if too much had been injectedㅠㅠ So I thought, ah, I really shouldn't have done it, it's ruined, and because it was permanent filler, removal wasn't easy either, so it was painful.

Then after 6 months, it really settled beautifully. Everything that was going to go down went down, and because it was a nose where my own collagen had been generated, it looked very natural too.

Now 5 years have passed. People say it has all disappeared, but I think mine is almost the same. Of course, compared with the 1-year mark, it does seem to have gone down slightly, but it is still maintained well. Other fillers all disappeared completely in a year, so seeing that this is still there after more than 5 years is kind of amazingly curious.

My advice is... If you're going to do Artefill, make sure you do it at a place that uses genuine products. If you put in an amount that feels a little too much at first, after a few years it stays just beautifully. It differs by person, but the younger you are, the better you generate collagen, so maybe that's why mine lasts long. I did it when I was 20. I've never had a retouch, and now I'm completely satisfied.
