Originally, I had a severe hump nose and my nasal tip drooped, but in my first surgery, they used costal cartilage particles for the nasal tip and bridge and even built a strut. After that, my nose became pointy like Seo In-young’s. So I had everything removed at another hospital on day 23, and there is no contracture. It doesn’t particularly look upturned either, and the nasal tip has become hard, probably because of scar tissue haha.. The height has returned to its previous height, and the nasal tip has spread slightly like before surgery. It also got a bit shorter. Somewhere between before and after surgery? The nasal bridge is also blunt because of scar tissue lol. There don’t seem to be many posts about costal cartilage removal, so I’m writing this hoping it helps haha
