I regret getting breast surgery

I was AAA, basically with no natural breast tissue at all, and I put in 350 cc on both sides. Because I walked around a lot, the swelling went down a lot in just a month and a half. It’s not an I-shaped cleavage or a UU shape, it’s just O O. My breasts are basically saying, hi, I’m an implant. I’m a rice bowl. Even the consultant said that, to her eyes too, they look like rice bowls, and the director said it’s because I originally “had no breasts” lol It’s only been a little over a month, so they comforted me by saying the breast shape will keep changing, the gap between the breasts will get narrower, and the implant edges will soften a bit, but they also said there won’t be any dramatic change haha My breasts were a complex for me, so I got surgery, but it feels like I paid a lot of money and got another complex. At this rate, I’ll still be wearing a bra in bed during intimacy, same as before the surgery lol After surgery, I had severe adhesions from my armpit to my arm, and after I accidentally stretched my arm the wrong way, inflammation flared up badly and I went to an orthopedics clinic. When I told him that, the director should have been happy that, either way, the patient at least went to an orthopedic clinic and got better, but instead of even saying he was glad, he said, “It is not postoperative adhesion, as the orthopedic director said. ㅡㅡ There’s no need to tear anything apart either. ㅡㅡ It’s inflammation in the blood vessel, and it’s thrombophlebitis. ㅡㅡ Just leave it alone.” That’s what he said, and he had a face like he couldn’t care less whether I explained why I needed to recover quickly or not.  When I asked if he had any advice for me, he said, “No.” That was it. He did that twice. He said he would prescribe anti-inflammatory medication, but when I came up to the ground floor, the reception didn’t mention a prescription, so I asked, and they said they had never heard anything like that. So the confused reception called internally to ask, and apparently the director told the therapist? that I didn’t need a prescription. What? What kind of situation is it to say he’ll give one and then cancel it behind the scenes? I just really regret not doing more consultations and getting it done somewhere else. Would my breast shape have been a bit different then, even if I had no natural tissue? It feels like everyone else here came out pretty even if they were truly flat. I looked at portfolio photos, and every breast that looked pretty to me had been done by that director, so I booked a consultation with the head director and went, but then chose Director Park Youngji. I also saw YouTube videos promoting the triple-plane method, saying things like they can of course create cleavage with a dual-plane method and correct pectus carinatum, so I trusted it and did it, but honestly I feel like I was stabbed in the back. Who said breast surgery has the highest satisfaction among cosmetic surgeries lol I just want to take the implants out completely. Every day, they just feel grotesque. It’s only the difference between putting padding outside the breasts and installing padding inside the breasts. I can feel that it’s all padding, through the skin..
