Before/after It has been almost 2 months since surgery, and I think I’m now pretty much in the fat-grafting settling period. It’s true that the fat has gone down compared to the early period after surgery, but compared to before surgery, I still have a bit more volume, and the feel seems much better too. I do wish they were a little bigger, but there is a limit to engraftment, so I’m satisfied with this. If I could, I’d like to have a second surgery again.
