I got it done 3 years ago by the vice director! But the shape has been maintained really well and it lasts a very long time, but the vice director apparently left the year before last I was so disappointed. The director is also really good, but honestly the price felt burdensome, and the retouch period was within 2 weeks, so that part was a bit disappointing.
