For 1-2 weeks, I visited several hospitals famous for removal and reconstruction because I was planning to have everything in my nose removed (contracture), and this was my last consultation. I had a feeling of contracture and there might have been inflammation, so I explained the situation to the consultant and scheduled the consultation as early as possible. During the consultation, the director was cynical but spoke directly, and said that capsule removal was the most important. Other places recommended revision surgery or only removing the silicone, which was not the direction I wanted, and this place matched my needs. The consultant also knew detailed medical information well and clearly explained the hospital's goal (returning to the original nose). The surgery took about 3 hours, and the director did it carefully, so the operation was done cleanly. There were additional costs for inflammation and callus, but it was good for me because they could be treated together during the full removal. It was sedation anesthesia + local anesthesia, but there was no pain. It has been 2 weeks since surgery, so there is still swelling, but I am satisfied overall with the surgery. The director performed the surgery cautiously and meticulously, and the consultant and nurses were also kind.
