Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I'm recovering from an incisional procedure, is everyone like this? Photo included

Just like the title says, I had incisional revision eye surgery, and it's now been 5-6 weeks since the surgery. I also had epicanthoplasty and upper canthoplasty done at the same time. I don't have keloid-prone skin, and looking at it, I do seem like the type who scars less than other people. But the areas where I had the epicanthoplasty/upper canthoplasty look like that. How should I put it... it's like there is something white and round, like something that forms near the eye, attached to the surgical site? I wondered if it was a scar, so I've been diligently applying scar ointment, but it isn't going away. There is also one tiny one on my left eye, but it isn't very noticeable, and only the right side is especially noticeable... It's been almost about a month; could this be part of the recovery process...? I didn't have anything like this before surgery, and I've never had anything like this appear when I had other surgeries besides cosmetic surgery.
