I had a nasal bridge, but I was always disappointed that my nasal tip was drooping People around me all said similar things, so while looking into whether I should get nasal tip surgery, I ended up getting rhinoplasty without an implant at Harmony I didn’t want the commonly seen type of nose where only the nasal tip is extremely high, and I wanted it to suit my face as much as possible and look natural, so I proceeded with a closed approach On the day of surgery, I was really very nervous.. and all that, but the consultant calmly came and explained things well, and the director also came and said they would make it natural to suit my face, without making it pointy or upturned, so I felt reassured After the sedation anesthesia ended and I opened my eyes, it was already over, and it didn’t hurt as much as I expected~ But there was more swelling than I thought, so I wondered, ah... did it turn out too high? But as time passed and the swelling went down, it became natural and slim The photos are from about one month later, and around then it seemed to have fully settled Overall, I’m very satisfied with the proportions, and especially the side profile,, it’s my own nose but I think it’s so pretty ㅠㅠ It was done without silicone, only with ear cartilage, and I think that may have been the best decision haha There’s no foreign-body feeling when I touch it either! Most of all, it doesn’t look obviously surgical, which I was worried about, and I now have a natural but defined nasal line, so I’m really happy
