Everyone, my nose surgery was successful hahahahaha Since it was my first time looking into plastic surgery, I was a little worried, but thankfully I think I chose the hospital well and the surgery also went well. The hospital where I had nose surgery was K-Plus, and I had it done by Director Kim Jin-woo. Since it was my first surgery, I had no knowledge about nose surgery at all, but they explained things professionally while taking CT scans, so it was easy to understand. I also liked that he answered the questions I asked right away. As you can see in the photos, my bulbous nose was my biggest concern, and aside from that, my nose was low and looked upturned, so I wanted to improve those parts. I brought Shin Se-kyung’s nose as a reference, and I wanted a defined but natural feel. Thankfully, he said we could try to achieve what I wanted. He recommended silicone for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage as materials for the nasal tip. He did say costal cartilage could also be considered, but in the end we didn’t use costal cartilage and used only ear cartilage and septal cartilage. On the day of surgery too, he consulted with me in detail and designed it delicately, so I think I was able to have the surgery with peace of mind. The staff were also kind, and the surgery ended well! When the surgery was over, I was actually surprised because my nose didn’t hurt but my ear hurtㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I remember the surgery took 2-3 hours, and after recovering and going home, I think I was dazed for a while. I had pain for about 2-3 days, and swelling was worst for 2-3 days too, but after that it was bearable. Breathing was hard for about a week, I think. They checked my progress every week, and every time I went, the director personally treated me and consulted with me, so it was convenient to manage after surgery. Even in my own view, I think the surgery went well, and I like it so muchㅠㅠ!
