It has been about 10 years since I had the surgery, so I don’t remember the price or the name of the surgeon very well, but to start with the conclusion, I have been doing well for 10 years without any particular side effects For the first 3 days after surgery, I spent almost all the time with my eyes closed and could not see ahead at all. I just listened to the radio nonstop in a dark room After about 2 weeks, I could look at my phone a little, though blurry After a month, focusing felt awkward, but I could look at a computer screen. Since I work in design, I was able to work from around then Up until the one-month mark, I worried, what if the side effects don’t get better, but by around half a year, most of the pain or side effects had almost disappeared I do have a little of the commonly mentioned major LASEK side effects, such as dry eye syndrome and glare, but they are not severe enough to make life very uncomfortable I think it would have been more inconvenient if I had continued wearing glasses.
