It would be my third surgery, and if possible, I’m looking first for places that use autologous costal cartilage, have one or two directors, and provide lots of follow-up care. For my first surgery, I made it high; for my revision, I lowered it and made it rounder, but it spread out (I have a bulbous nose). So I felt that if I just went natural, I couldn’t get past the limits of a bulbous nose, so I’m looking into a slightly more refined/glamorous style. My original taste is on the natural side, so I need to find a compromise with the director between naturalness + a height that improves the bulbous nose, so I want a director who communicates well,,, 1. Director ㄱㅎㅈ at ㅇㅇ This place is my top pick for now. Looking at reviews, everyone’s height is a little different, so it feels like they listen to opinions a lot. 2. Director ㅈㅈㅇ at ㄷㅇ This place is a bit glamorous, but... it seems like they adjust the height. 3. Director ㄱㅊㅇ at ㄴㅈㄹ I have a consultation booked, but ㅜ somehow I feel like it might turn out too pointy, so I’m debating whether to cancel. 4. Director ㅂㄱㅇ at ㅍㄴㅅ I like that they take a CT for autologous costal cartilage, and I get the feeling they may listen to opinions somewhat, but the overall feel does look a bit glamorous. How is it ㅠ... Since it’s my third surgery, I want to be careful.
시원한에이드 For ㄴㅈㄹ, an influencer I know had good results. I wasn’t sure about it being pointy; if you ask for it to be round, wouldn’t they shape it nicely and roundly?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
