Hello, I'm someone who is on day 21 after removing only the silicone (left the ear cartilage in place, 3 mm silicone).. At first there was a little swelling on the side of the nasal bridge, but now it seems to be going down there, and the nasal tip is still round. Except when washing my face and times like that, I don't feel anything in my nose, and it's very comfortable. But as the skin that had been stretched by the silicone settles back down, I'm getting quite a lot of wrinkles and flaking on the skin I'm exfoliating every other day. But other people don't really notice it. I feel at ease, and I don't regret the removal^^
