Ahead of functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty, I had consultations at a total of 4 hospitals, and honestly, this was the hospital I felt most confident about during the consultation. Because I don’t want to overdo it and want a natural shape, they suggested non-open surgery using a lotus-leaf injection and ear cartilage, and said I don’t need septal surgery. Also, unlike other places, this hospital said that cutting the nasal septum could cause functional problems, so they personally perform surgery by adding bone, but I had decided on surgery thinking I might just slightly raise the nasal tip with cartilage left over from septal surgery... so honestly, I’m a bit conflicted. After the consultation, thinking about it, this hospital’s surgical method is different from what I had in mind, so I’m both strongly drawn to it and a bit cautious... I have a lot to think about.
