This review was written purely for public-interest purposes, in the hope that it may serve as a reference for people with similar concerns. ## Surgical Background After a previous cosmetic surgery procedure, nasal asymmetry developed, so I underwent corrective surgery. As I mentioned in my previous post, after the first procedure my nose became more dramatic-looking and asymmetry developed, which led me to decide on revision surgery. ## Current Condition (after postoperative swelling subsided) Currently, the postoperative swelling has gone down, and the following objective changes are present: - **Improved area**: The glabellar area has improved. - **Areas of concern**: - Upturned nasal tip phenomenon (newly occurred at your clinic) - Pinching of the nostrils (newly occurred at your clinic) - Nostril asymmetry issue was not resolved (pre-existing issue) - Alar asymmetry is noticeable (pre-existing issue) - Slight drooping occurred at the nasal dorsum area (newly occurred at your clinic) ## Photo-Taking Conditions The photos attached to this review were taken under the following conditions: - Lighting: Positioned at the exact upper center - Shooting distance: Approximately 20-30 cm - Camera settings: Default settings (left-right reversal on), no retouching - Shooting focus: Centered on the nose and taken from the exact center to prevent distortion ## Closing This review was written simply to share my experience and in the hope that it may serve as a reference for people with similar concerns.
