I’m uploading again with photos from the one-month mark because I keep getting messages asking to see review photos^^; It’s been a little over a month since surgery, and this was my 3rd revision surgery. I had a hump nose.. They performed osteotomies on both sides of the nasal bones to bring them together, shaved down the bridge, used 1 mm silicone, and used donor costal cartilage to support the columella and shape the nasal tip. I’m female.. I wanted a semi-ski-slope line, but it’s a straight nose,, How does it look?? In the side-profile photo, is the nasal tip too pointy?? Will the swelling on the nasal bridge go down more than it is now?? My philtrum is lifted too, but they said that will come down.. Right now my mouth shape looks strange.. I hope it comes down quickly... They opened my nose again after only 2 weeks, so I think there may be some scar tissue in my right nostril, and it feels pinched.. They say it will be okay if I get injections, but that’s only possible after 6 months. If even after 6 months my nasal bridge still doesn’t change and remains this high straight nose, I’d like to remove even the 1 mm silicone a bit and make it lower. How does it look to you? Has anyone removed silicone from the nasal bridge and filled the bordered/indented area with autologous fat grafting? People around me keep saying my impression has become stronger than before, sharper, and that my nasal tip is too pointy, so I’m really stressed. Will it get better with time?
