First, after looking at my eyes, they judged whether it would be effective or not. And they said that in the case of eyes like mine, fat grafting absolutely had to be done. They explained it fairly well and in detail. They said that if I did not do the grafting, the effect would not be very good, so doing it would be much better. However, I do not really want to do fat grafting, but they said it would definitely be more effective if I did it, so I am torn about the choice.
