For my first surgery, I did silicone + septal cartilage, but this time, the silicone position went up too high, so while changing the silicone shape, I also want to slightly lift the nasal tip. But autologous costal cartilage scares me too much.. Can they place ear cartilage on top in a revision surgery or something like that?.. They also said there is slight calcification in the septal cartilage on CT,,
코트레스5555 For remodeling, rather than grafting ear cartilage, I think using costal cartilage would be better when thinking about the future. You may end up doing autologous costal cartilage later anyway.
