The area under my eyes was dark like dark circles, and the fat was bulging too, so I was always told I looked tired. Just when I was stressed about it, an acquaintance recommended that there was a surgery called lower blepharoplasty/fat repositioning. Since I’m going to do it anyway, I want to do it at a place specializing in eyes. I’ve visited about 3 hospitals including this one, and there are two places I’m drawn to, so I think I’ll decide after looking until this week.
