I had my nose done here. They said that to remove the existing silicone, they would need to lay autologous dermis and remove fat to insert, so I asked where they would take it from, and they said they would take it from the thigh. I already had plenty of fat on my thighs, so I said okay. Huh? On the day of surgery, they suddenly said taking it from the thigh would be bothersome because they’d have to turn me face-down and face-up, so they’d just take it from the buttocks? I was flustered, but they said it was such a tiny amount it wouldn’t show, so in the tension of surgery I absentmindedly said okay and let it pass. But even years after the surgery, my buttocks are visibly dented in and uneven, and if I sit for a long time, my buttocks ache, so I even stand while working. When I told them, they said there had never been a case like that before and that I’m a sensitive person^^^ Still, maybe because even to them it looked quite deeply sunken, they said they would take fat from my abdomen and graft it again. I trusted them and did it. The result is, as expected, the wrinkles from where fat was taken from my abdomen remain, and the buttocks keep sinking more and more.
As for the nose too, only go if you’ve given up on having an aesthetically pretty nose. It’s just a nose that doesn’t look hugely abnormal on the outside, absolutely not a pretty nose. Recommended if you want an old-fashioned impression!
