After my first nose surgery, I had revision surgery because my columella was crooked, but as the skin became thinner, I developed another complication where the cartilage showed through. I was so sick of having more complications that I underwent a second revision surgery using autologous dermis. It has now been 2 months since the surgery. It is not as glamorous or dramatic as silicone, but it does not look like I had plastic surgery and feels like my own nose. The biggest advantage is being free from complications, and above all, I used to have discomfort from things like a runny nose, but now daily life has become more comfortable.
