I thought about revision surgery for a long time and went around for consultations. After finishing my consultation visits, this was one of the hospitals that stayed in my memory, so I went for a second consultation. The director looked at my CT scan, explained things thoroughly, checked the inside of my nose, palpated it, and consulted with me. They clearly explained what could and could not be done, so I liked that. They laughed “hahaha” from time to time, and seemed like someone with emotional ease. During the consultation, I felt, ah, this person has a peaceful mind. The consultation manager (short bob haircut) was such a good person. If you consult with her, I think you’ll know that her character itself is good. I felt like she was thinking through it together with me, not leaving me alone. Her empathy didn’t feel artificial. It’s a difficult nose, so I’m still deciding between two hospitals, but this is my top-pick hospital.
