I’m looking into under-eye fat repositioning, and I do have some aegyo-sal. It would be nice if the under-eye area becomes clean and flat after surgery, but will the aegyo-sal disappear too? At ㅊㅂㅉ, the surgery name itself is “aegyo under-eye fat repositioning,” so it seems like they preserve it like that. Should I go to places that say they leave it like this? For people who have had fat repositioning, what happened to your aegyo-sal afterward?
