Hello, today I’m sharing a review of natural adhesion revision eye surgery done at Aiting Plastic Surgery! ◆ Surgery background It had been about 8 years since my first surgery. I was satisfied at first, but over time I started feeling that my double eyelids were too thin. Every time I looked in the mirror, it stressed me out, so I eventually decided on revision surgery. ◆ Choosing the clinic I looked for a clinic very carefully. I wanted to find a doctor with many revision surgery cases, so I thoroughly checked Instagram, blog reviews, and so on. In the end, I had a consultation at Aiting Plastic Surgery, which I found through YouTube, and decided to go with them. ◆ Surgical method During the consultation, the doctor recommended the natural adhesion method. They said it would leave less scarring than the incisional method and create a natural-looking line. The surgery took about 40 minutes, and there was no pain because local anesthesia was done after sedation anesthesia. If you look at the attached before-surgery photo, you’ll see how thin the line wasㅠㅠ ◆ Recovery process Even right after surgery, the swelling was not that severe, and it went down much faster than I expected. From day 7, makeup was possible, and after about 2 weeks, it became very natural. I removed the stitches myself on day 3, and after that it became more comfortable. During recovery, I consistently did cold compresses as the doctor instructed and avoided spicy/irritating foods. Also, walking a lot is really important. ◆ Surgery result It has been about a month since surgery now, and I’m really satisfied! (You can tell from the post-surgery photos) Unlike before, my double eyelid line has become more dramatic. My eyes also look bigger and more open. The best part is that I no longer get stressed when I look in the mirror. It’s really comfortable not having to worry about my eyes all day anymore. ◆ Overall review At first, they were so thin that they were almost like inner double eyelids, which I disliked, but I feel like I regained my confidence through this revision surgery. If I were to give advice to people considering surgery, choose your clinic very carefully and decide after having a thorough consultation with the doctor. I recommend Aiting!
