This is the hospital I first went to for a consultation after an acquaintance recommended it. Since it was my first surgery, I did consider the cosmetic aspect, but because my biggest concerns were a crooked nose and rhinitis due to a deviated septum, and that was why I was considering nose surgery, I wanted to have it done by an otolaryngology specialist at a place with extensive specialized experience in both functional and cosmetic surgery. Of course, I wanted surgery in the safest way possible, so I hoped for a natural improvement of only the nasal tip without implants. Both the consultant and the director pursued a natural and safe approach that matched the direction I wanted, so right after the consultation, I booked the surgery without much hesitation. First, they said the top priority would be correcting the crooked nose + asymmetry + rhinitis, then improving the nasal tip, and if there was enough room, lowering the columella as well. They explained that they would use septal cartilage as much as possible, but if it was insufficient, ear cartilage might also be used, so I trusted them.
