The consultation expertise is a bit lacking, but if you clearly and specifically explain the nose shape you want, it can be successful. When I didn’t know anything, I had my primary surgery here, and it was successful in one go and looked so, so pretty. If you emphasize naturalness, it seems they bring out the maximum result within that range. It was genuinely naturally pretty. They are good at semi-upturned and straight-to-slightly-curved nasal bridge lines. Instead of Director Kim, I had my first consultation with Director Im, and when I said I didn’t like my long nose, they suggested osteotomy. I asked, wouldn’t my nose look longer if the nasal width becomes narrower? and they said, hmm, that could happen. So I changed my consultation to Director Kim and had the surgery too, and even thinking back on it, I feel it was absolutely the right choice. Now, because of my greed, my nose got ruined during revision rhinoplasty at another hospital, so I was so satisfied with the surgery here that I wish I could turn back time to my primary surgery.
