I had nose surgery: for my hump nose, they only refined it without osteotomy, used a custom implant for the nasal bridge, and donor costal cartilage for the nasal tip!! My nose wasn’t even high, but I had a hump close to the glabella, and the nose itself was also slightly asymmetric, so I wanted surgery. But for noses that aren’t high like mine, most reviews showed results that looked very obvious, so I wondered a lot whether getting nose surgery was the right choice. But at Miho, I saw many people whose results turned out naturally, so during the consultation I brought up the custom implant I had been watching closely, and had surgery with that! As time passed after surgery and the residual swelling went down, the shape of my nose became more clearly visible. Before surgery, I had shown photos and said I wanted this kind of feel, and I think it has become really similar to that line. Everyone who has an exact line they want should bring photos and get a consultation! Anyway, the director made the implant thin to match my needs, and really understood the points I mentioned and performed the surgery, so what I imagined came out exactly in reality. The hump that was visible near the glabella and the slight asymmetry were both corrected cleanly! Also, I had a bit of rhinitis, and they said two functional procedures were included, so I had functional rhinoplasty at the same time. Breathing is much easier and feels refreshing.. On top of that, I received my real-expense insurance reimbursement without any issues, so I’m very satisfied haha Now a lot of the residual swelling has gone down, and my nose seems to have recovered well without any major problems, so I’m living without paying too much attention to it. Don’t you think my nose has settled well??
