4 months ago, I wanted to change my facial contours, so I had 3 facial contouring procedures (square jaw, cheekbones, and chin tip), cortical osteotomy, and double chin liposuction! On top of that, I also had deep cheek fat removal, so my facial line has become much slimmer! Honestly, I had a lot of concerns before surgery, but now I’m really satisfied with the results! Especially because my facial line has changed so noticeably that when I look at my face, I think, “Is this really me?” That’s how much it has changed! At first, I felt a little anxious and it was uncomfortable because I had numbness, but as I gradually recovered, I could feel the changes, and now I’m happy because I can eat food well! After surgery, reducing swelling and puffiness is important, so I’ve been managing it by going on walks often! It’s a small effort, but because I kept at it consistently, a lot of the swelling went down, and I feel like my facial line has become more defined! Especially thanks to the cortical osteotomy and deep cheek fat removal, my face has more dimension, and it naturally looks slimmer overall, making my face look smaller and prettier! Of course, my sensation hasn’t fully returned yet, but I’m enjoying the wait because I’m looking forward to my line becoming even prettier, and I’m liking the way I’m changing more and more! Post-op care is important too, so I’m continuing to pay attention to it, and I think walking has really been a huge help! I’m curious how it’ll look once the residual swelling goes down!
