<2 weeks after third surgery><2 weeks after third surgery><Before / After>I had revision surgery at another hospital, but my nose looked too overdone and obviously “done,” so I had a third surgery this time..! I don’t know if it was that hospital’s aesthetic sense or what, but a glamorous look absolutely doesn’t suit my face I also wanted a somewhat small and delicate-looking nose.. Before the third surgery, my nose didn’t just look overdone; it looked completely upturned like a snub nose The glabella was too high too.. Honestly, I hesitated a bit because if I had surgery this time, it would be my third surgery.. But no matter how much I thought about it, I kept wondering how I was supposed to live with that nose.. It was obvious I would keep being bothered by it if I didn’t get revision surgery My close friends told me to think of this as truly the last time, so this time I really looked into it extremely thoroughly. Of course, I researched hard before too.. To just give the conclusion, I had my third nose revision surgery with the director, and the silicone has been removed! And we reused the donated costal cartilage that had been used during the revision surgery, and also used ear dermis and septal cartilage together! It’s now about 2 weeks since the third surgery, and although there is still a lot of swelling, I can definitely see that the nasal bridge and nasal tip are lower than before. Even though the height is lower, the line looks much prettier, so I’m very, very satisfied!! Right now, I’m applying ointment and working hard on scar care hahaha I really want to see how it looks once all the swelling goes down… I’m going to take good care of it and pay close attention I keep feeling this, but for every plastic surgery, the director’s aesthetic sense really seems very important, everyone..
