I had buried-incision double eyelid surgery + eye fat grafting done together (second revision) We had agreed to slightly lift only the end part from my original line, but they lifted the right line + during the process of releasing and redoing the A/S because the fixation feeling was uneven, I was very disappointed with the director’s attitude. I was extremely satisfied with the first round of fat grafting, but the second round clumped. When I went to the hospital, the director’s responses were just irritation + “it’s fine, wait.” After going around to other hospitals, I was told the only solution was to remove it while doing incisional double eyelid surgery, so it’s been almost 2 years and I’m just living with it clumped. Even so, I do think the director’s surgical technique is good. I think the result could be good if you check the design right before surgery and clearly communicate what you want, but the aftercare seems to need improvement.
