The person who consulted with me seemed to have a low level of expertise. Also, after the procedure, they didn’t apply anything like toner or lotion, so my skin felt very dry. It’s been about a week now, so I’m not sure about the result yet, but it does seem like the dryness under my eyes has improved a little.
