It’s not something you absolutely have to do with fat grafting, right? Looking at reviews for ㄸㅋ and ㅅㅋㅊ, people were just getting lower eyelid fat repositioning only? But when I look at reviews from other places, it seems like a lot of people do fat grafting too... My under-eye area isn’t severely hollow, so if I don’t need it, I want to go in the direction of not doing it! And I feel like if the director is experienced and the clinic doesn’t overtreat, even with the minimum surgery, the under-eye area could still become nicely flat, right? If possible, I want to go somewhere like ㄸㅋ or ㅅㅋㅊ where they don’t make you do it together no matter what ㅠㅠ

They said they only recommend it in cases where doing it together with lower eyelid fat repositioning makes the under-eye area look flatter and gives a better effect. For me, the sunken tear trough improved with lower eyelid fat repositioning alone

아쥬쥬네 I did hear that if your under-eye area is suitable to be done without fat grafting, then it can be done, but I think you’ll only know after hearing the hospital’s and director’s opinions ㅠㅠ I’m not completely sure either.. I’m looking into lower blepharoplasty for my mom and under-eye treatment for me together, and Grida had decent reviews. Try checking their website once
아렃ㅍ If you go for a consultation at ㅇㅇㅅ, they show you side effects of fat grafting and tell you absolutely not to do it, so I think it might be good to have a consultation there once
