I originally had double eyelids, but I wanted them to be a bit more defined, so I had the line made with the buried suture method. As I got older, maybe because the skin started sagging, the line began to get buried. They slightly lifted the fat, cut out part of it, sutured the cut area under the eyebrow (now it is barely noticeable), and tucked the line again. I do wonder if the dry eye syndrome that has worsened recently is because of this, but.. I do not regret it. I chose this surgical method because my skin is thin and they said the buried suture method alone would be effective enough, but I also wonder what it would have been like if I had boldly done an incisional method more definitively when I was younger...
