6-month review of a plastic surgery clinic

1. Choosing the hospital - Selection criteria: 1) Excluding very large, high-volume hospitals 2) A place with a director who suggests opinions according to the patient’s preferences rather than one with a very strong personal style 3) A place with natural-looking review photos rather than overly dramatic ones - After doing online research, I narrowed it down to a list of 5 places and had consultations at 3 in total. The biggest reason I ultimately chose this clinic was the consultation with the director! At first, I hesitated because there was a consultation fee, but they explained everything in so much detail that the fee did not feel wasteful at all. Above all, among the 3 hospitals I consulted with, this was the only one that explained my breast condition, the surgical method, why that method should be chosen, and even possible side effects in an easy-to-understand and detailed way, so I trusted them the most. Just from listening to the consultation, I could feel that the director was meticulous and calm. - I also liked the review photos because they were not excessive, but also not too natural-looking; they had just the right firm and pretty shape. The consultation mattered, of course, but I also carefully checked the review photos before choosing :) 2. Implant and surgical method - Director Kwon Soon-geun / Motiva Full / left 335, right 315 - Dual-plane technique / transaxillary incision - I have pectus excavatum, so I was told that if the implant texture were soft, it could slide downward, and Motiva was recommended. I chose it also because it is one of the safest implants. - I proceeded with the commonly used dual-plane technique, and for the incision, I chose the armpit because I was told that later it would become indistinguishable from natural creases. 3. Condition at 6 months - From 1 month to 6 months, I lived without any disruption to daily life and even forgot that I had surgery haha. It was only a little difficult in the early postoperative period, and after that there was no discomfort at all~ - Even at 3 months, I thought the feel had improved a lot, but by 6 months it got much better! I was worried because the two sides felt different, but as time passed, both sides became soft and similar :) - When I wore a sports bra, honestly I did not feel like they looked that big, but now that it has been 6 months and I wear regular bras, my cleavage gathers really well, and I am completely satisfied!!! I only think, why didn’t I do this sooner? And when I wear clothes, the silhouette is truly different, so I am sooo satisfied haha
