It has been one month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty at Oblige Plastic Surgery. I had the surgery using only ear cartilage and septal autologous tissue without an implant, and I am really satisfied with the result. More than anything, I like most that the hump disappeared and my nasal line became smooth and clean. It is amazing that even without silicone, the nasal bridge looks smooth. Before, I was bothered by my side profile because of the slightly protruding line, but now the nasal bridge line connects naturally, so my side profile has become really pretty. From the consultation, the director was so kind and explained everything in detail, so I could trust him and leave it in his hands. Maybe because it was implant-free rhinoplasty, the swelling and recovery passed faster than I expected, and I had almost no pain except on the first day. People around me do not really notice that I had surgery, and people who know only say, “Your nose got really pretty.” Especially because it turned out naturally, it does not look obvious, and my face has become more harmonious overall. (During the consultation, I emphasized that I disliked anything excessive or flashy and wanted only naturalness and refinement of the line.) Now that the nose line is refined, my impression looks softer and more sophisticated. I already really like my current nose shape, but I think I will be even more satisfied after 3 months and 6 months when the swelling goes down more.
