I had been living well without it coming undone, but recently maybe because the fat had decreased, it gradually started to look like multiple double eyelid folds, and there were days when it came undone too. So I decided on revision eye surgery. This time, because of ptosis correction and hollowing of the fat above my eyes, I also had fat grafting above the eyes done together. It was done with an incision, and I asked them to make the line as close to an in-line crease as possible. I debated whether or not to add fat above the eyes, but the director strongly recommended it, saying that after doing it I would look younger for several years, so that’s why I did it. But I really think it was the right choice. I didn’t know fat above the eyes could be such a factor in looking youthful(?) My drawback was that I always looked tired, and I think that was all because the fat above my eyes had decreased. My impression looks younger too, my eyelids no longer turn into multiple double eyelid folds, and I’m really satisfied. The line is pretty too~~ I had been debating revision eye surgery, but I think I made the right decision^^
