Condition immediately after the procedure The anesthesia was done with local anesthesia, so the procedure stung when the injections were given. There was really less pain than I expected after the procedure, and from the next day I had no problem going to work at the shop. I didn’t move my arms excessively, but there was no inconvenience in daily life. 2. Bruising/swelling condition The bruising was darkest on days 2–3 after the procedure, and after a week it had faded a lot. There was a little swelling for the first 1–2 weeks, but after the mesotherapy injections, it went down quickly. As of week 4 now, a lot of it has gone down. 3. Scar condition About needle marks? There were around 3–4 spots, but now they are barely noticeable. You have to look really closely to see them, and I don’t think I’ll have to worry about them later when wearing short sleeves or sleeveless tops. 4. Effect As I entered week 4, I can definitely feel that my arm line has been cleaned up. Before, when I wore short-sleeved T-shirts, my upper arms felt tight, but now the circumference has decreased enough that my clothes feel slightly loose, and the silhouette has definitely been refined. Most of all, I’m satisfied that as the lower flab has gone down, my overall arms look slimmer and smoother. 5. Care I drank a lot of water to help the swelling go down, and I avoided spicy and salty foods as much as possible. I think getting mesotherapy injections twice definitely helped the swelling and bruising go down. Overall review Wearing summer clothes used to stress me out because of my upper arms, but now I enjoy wearing short sleeves. There was less pain than I expected and recovery was fast, so my satisfaction is high. Some people worry about scarring, but in cases like mine, only needle marks remain and they are barely noticeable, so I think it would be good to keep that in mind.
