It's almost been a month since I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, and inside my nostril, something looks white like that. Could it be scar tissue, or cartilage?
동돵이 I was like that too, but scar tissue goes away over time.

seywoobly I was like that too, but my scar tissue didn't go away… I lived with it for 17 years and had revision surgery this time.. but it was further inside than in the photo, so I just lived with it.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
