I have a lot of upper eyelid skin, so when I open my eyes, the line gets caught lower than where it was set..? In this kind of case, what should I do? On the other side, when I open my eye, the fat above doesn’t protrude, but only one side is like that

ghuii [@] Rather than setting it higher, I’d remove the fat and set the same kind of line, or if you really want it higher, raise it about 1–2 mm. To me, your current line looks fine!
익명 No, it’s the opposite. I think you might end up with puffy “sausage” eyelids Your eyes are already so pretty now, but if you really want to raise them, remove the fat and then raise the line!
