<My nose><When smiling><When smiling 2><Desired nose shape>I had surgery because I had a complex about my bulbous nose, and it’s been almost 2 years now.. But it’s much higher than I expected and seems too obvious.. My overall face and eyes are all rounded, but I’d say my nose is too pointy ㅠㅠ And especially when I smile, is there no way around the nasal tip dropping and becoming pointy? If I make it a bit more natural with revision surgery, would it be okay.. The nose I want isn’t too high and has a rounded nasal tip, but if I get revision surgery, could I get the look I want?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
