The doctor speaks calmly and quietly, and although they looked tired during the consultation, they answered everything when I asked questions. They said my scalp elasticity is good, so it can be reduced by up to 2 cm. I also liked that they provide various things for aftercare. The staff are kind too, and the inside of the clinic is pleasant.
