A pulling sensation along the line even years after breast augmentation…

It has been 8 full years, and I’m already going into the 9th year. When I think of the pain back then, I wouldn’t do it again even if someone told me to, but when I think about how it made me feel confident about myself despite all the anxiety over the years, I start thinking I’d want to do it again. Actually, I developed capsular contracture in my left breast. At first it wasn’t that severe, so I put up with it, but from about 4 years ago, something like a capsule formed. When I went to the hospital for checkups, they said there was nothing abnormal, so I just endured it, and before I knew it, it has already been 9 years. My memory is hazy because it was so long ago, but I think it was an implant that they said would not be a problem even if it ruptured, and I think it was cohesive gel... So much time has passed that I don’t remember. I remember being told it should be replaced after 10 years... so I thought it was about time to change to a new implant. Last year I looked into fat-grafting breast augmentation, but the cost was 10 million won, which shocked me, so I hesitated. After one last checkup and being told everything was fine, I planned to return to Korea in about 3 years, and I’m currently living abroad. But suddenly, since yesterday, along the line under my breast, when I push to one side or lean over, it feels pulling and tight, and there is some kind of tingling pain, so I’m really worried. I keep thinking all sorts of things, like whether necrosis has developed inside... or whether this is the pain they say happens if it ruptures. Hospital fees are extremely expensive here, and surgery is unthinkable, but I’m also not in a situation where I can drop everything and go to Korea. If I stay still it doesn’t hurt, so I’m just worrying and worrying..... Now I’m regretting belatedly that I should have had them removed while I was there, even if it cost some money, and I don’t know what to do, so I’m just stuck in front of the computer.
