Since I was young, small breasts + pigeon chest were my complex, but I’m quite scared of things, so after thinking about it for a long time, I finally had surgery!! I chose the hospital through a friend’s recommendation, and the director and consultant didn’t strongly push anything, they only consulted me on the parts I needed, so it didn’t feel burdensome The uncomfortable parts after surgery were that my friend said hers was painless, so I went in feeling at ease, but it hurt more than I expected, and because I did the transaxillary incision, even arm recovery seems to take more than a month I kept thinking maybe I should have done the inframammary incision, but now that I’ve recovered somewhat, I think I’m glad I did the transaxillary incision!! Also, I got dermatitis on the wound area, so I struggled a bit with that, and now it’s all healed, so I’m applying ointment diligently!! After surgery, it does seem natural with a moderate amount of volume, but I think it would have been nice if it were a little bigger.. Still, it doesn’t make me look bulky, so I think I like that..! It hasn’t even been two months yet, and I had so little base tissue to begin with, so the feel and shape are awkward, but as time passes, I think they’ll gradually soften!!
